We offer a wide range of hand held thermocouple sensors which can be used when an application requires insertion into a soft, medium, or semi-solid media to allow for best possible internal temperature response.  
All sensors are supplied with a 1 Metre coiled lead when extended and a fixed miniature flat pin plug which makes them suitable for the majority of hand held indicators.
These sensors are widely used in the food industry as well as other applications which utilize media such as rubber or plastic or wherever insertion is the best method to measure or control a process.
